Q:What can you expect from this experience?
A: Shortly before your reservation, ExpressCare will call you to confirm your payment and/or insurance information. We will also determine if your illness or injury is best treated via a telemedicine encounter.
Once registered, you will receive a link to access a secure video which will be used to communicate with the provider for your visit.
In order to promptly provide the care you need, we ask that you access your link within 10 minutes to avoid being placed back in the waiting room.
Any medications prescribed during the visit will be sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice. Work or school notes can be securely emailed or faxed directly to your employer.
Q: How much does a telemedicine visit cost?
A:Telemedicine Visits are covered by most insurances. To see if your insurance participates, click here. If you do not have insurance, there is self-pay pricing available.
Q: What if my condition isn't suitable for telemedicine?
A: Don't worry, we will put you in line for a face to face provider visit at the time and center of your choice with no additional hassle to you.
